StrikeFit is a small group program, with a trainer,using functional and fundamental movements while incorporating bag work. Using bags, kettle bells, box jumps, dumbbells, wall balls, and constantly varied high intensity workouts we are dedicated to improving your functionality and lifestyle. If you are looking for a cost effective approach to training and are not comfortable in large volume classes that lack individual attention, then StrikeFit is what you are looking for!
A trainer will guide you through a one hour session of StrikeFit. The trainer will be coaching and teaching you proper movement through a warm up, followed by proper form and technique for the Work Out of the Day (WOD). After the WOD and rest you will have a one-minute skill test.
You will be asked to reserve your group training days in advance as there will be a limited number of participants per group Sign up now and see results!
Reserve your day of the week for the month:
- 1 x week for 1 month (4 days) $ 60.00
- 2 x week for 1 month (8 days) $110.00
- 3 x week for 1 month (12 days) $160.00
- 4 x week for 1 month (16 days) $200.00
(Cancellations require a 24-hour notice and a makeup session can be rescheduled at the discretion of the trainer)
Note: Open palm gloves are recommended and available for purchase for $30
